This is the best bit of kit I have bought in a long time. My VW Touran 1800 diesel would not turn over. I decided to buy a booster pack and saw this one at nearly half price and ordered it. Great delivery from Amazon and surprised to find it came fully charged. I put it onto the car battery and turned the key and it fired up the engine first time. It has a tyre inflator and a torch as well. At this price you have to order one. I’m really pleased with this and can’t understand why I waited so long to buy this essential bit of kit. Brilliant get one!

Im struggling with battery drain and over the last month thos has been a godsend. There's only a couple of things I've noticed that could be improved, 1. My battery is under the sill where the wiper blades are, so I can't reach the negative terminal, because of this I have to connect to something metal to ground it. The jump cables on this product are very short, which makes it difficult to reach a ground source. 2. I started off leaving the pack in the car, but a few times after cold nights it seemed to be completely discharged. After 10-15 minutes of charging it went back to mormal. So if its left on the car and gets too cold it won't work immediately. To sum up, other than the short cables and it not working immediately if left in the car on cold nights, This is a great product, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that's having issues with starting their car.

I bought this Jan 2024 to jump start my 650cc motorbike on the odd occasion when I'm short on time and the battery is a bit low from sitting in winter (I don't ride every day, and live 3rd floor flat so taking battery out and charging is not always practical). Firstly the cable clips/connections are absolutely enourmous - so the practicality of connecting it to a bike battery in situ is near zero (it is on my bike anyway, I have to half pull the battery out to attach it). The jumper cables are also very very short, so you have to either balance it somewhere precarious while jumpstarting anything, or try and hold it while connecting the cables and starting your engine. Not ideal unless you have 4 arms. Seems to hold charge fine, charged to full when I received it and still on 4 lights after 2 uses. Has since been recharged back to full no issues. The hazard/warning light seems a bit pointless, though could be useful in certain scenarios I guess... Would rather that it is just a jumpstarter though! The torch is useful, as are the USB outs for charging other devices, plus the USB-C charge port can be used to charge external devices as well. 2 stars from me because today the jumper cables would not recognise it was connected correctly. It alarmed when I connected the wrong way, yet when connected the right way round the light would not go green. I have read other reviews where it has stopped working after a few uses, so not sure what the issue is here. Am recharging it to full with a view to try again and if it doesn't work will get in touch with them - though again, there are reviews re their customer service so I'm not expecting a timely response. Updating as zero response or communication from the seller, despite emailing directly 6 times. So much for the 1 year warranty.

My Chevy sometimes doesn't start for unknown reasons. This has been a lifesaver, I have used it probably 50+ times since getting it months ago. Definitely has power and does the job perfectly. Also I like I can use it as a power source and flashlight if needed. Helped me extend my battery life until I was able to get a new battery and that took like 2 months to save. I always make sure to disconnect the cables before I take the charging cables off my car. It charges quickly I have even jump started the car with the battery when it was at 20% magical .
