Bought this item just over 1 year ago in June 2023 - Have used the device successfully twice but recently on the 3rd attempt it failed, i.e no output. I've attempted to re-charge but the charge rate sits on flashing 00 .... and there is no output avaiable neither DC or AC outputs working!. Tried to contact seller but Amazon stated no longer linked to Amazon so cannot help. If you cannot get support then do not buy. I feel the product should last for at least 2 years ... not just over 1 year ..... Amazon should still support

very suprised at how small and minimalistic it is, 1 x mains, 2 x usb and 1x 12v! bit disapointed at no 12v car in charging lead or 12v accessory output socket, but a the price you can expect everything (probably got some somewhere) led % display interesting, tho not useful for me very suprised it has pads so it can be stood on its end with the sockets upwards would like to see a bag of some kind included with these as they will rattle around in the car and some protection is better than none (its a cardboard box sp that wont last long) al in all a good looking device, i am going to use it against a beaudens version so lets see who will come put on top pros price, sockets, small size cons only mains charger included, no bag

Definitely misadvertised and the seller is an absolute joke. This review is for the 300W version. The bad: As other reviewers have noted this isn't pure sine wave. Expect buzzing electronics and more sensitive equipment may get completely fried. Even using it to power a laptop with an AC/DC charger introduces so much interference from the fans in addition to the modified sine wave that my laptop's mouse stopped working. The unit completely fried a plug in power monitor. Multimeter shows it's outputting around 170V with regular drops in voltage although the modified sine wave may contribute to this. The bundled charger gets insanely hot and labels/documentation is contradictory all round. The charger isn't stamped with voltage, wattage, amperage or for that matter anything at all. On the unit it says 15V DC in, in the booklet that came with it it says 12V DC in. Pretty much everything on the unit, the labels, the advert and the booklet is contradictory regarding specs so be prepared to test and make educated guesses if you're going to use anything with the unit. The seller tried to deny a refund, asked me to move communication outside of Amazon and even when I sent them a picture showing problems with the power station they claimed I "didn't want it", had used a device higher than 300W, then offered a £10 partial refund, then said I can pay to post it to them for them to check it. Ended up getting a refund from an Amazon A-Z claim and that took 3 phone calls as the seller has marked the item as non returnable. The good: Credit where credit is due, it does seem to have quite a high capacity and charges USB devices well. Didn't test the 12V DC out but using 12V from the power station may be a viable option. If you wanted a 12V battery with USB you'd buy one instead of one with a 220V inverter though wouldn't you?

I use this to run my motor controlled telescope. A full charge runs it for several hours with no issues. Recently had a power cut and discovered a great use to keep my wifi router going, which is only possible because with fibre broadband you still need an electrically operated router! Life saver!
