I bought this battery on a 24-hour delivery for which I paid a premium. This was because I needed my car for an important journey. I subsequently had to hire a car because TAYNA let me down When I purchased the battery I was not aware that TAYNA used Yodel as its carrier. As most people are aware Yodel along with Evri and Hermes (all the same company) have tried with each reinvention of the name to disguise extremely poor past delivery performance. DAY ONE They failed to deliver the order because they “couldn’t find my house” even though they had What3Words and my telephone number which the driver didn’t bother to use. Yodel were totally pathetic when contacted but assured me they would deliver the next day DAY TWO Once more they failed to deliver the order because they “couldn’t find my house” and again the driver could not be bothered to use my telephone number. Again Yodel customer care was useless because they could not contact the driver. DAY THREE progress! the driver who still “couldn't find my house” but this time he phoned me. On arrival, he explained that he was a subcontractor to Yodel working off a SatNav App supplied by Yodel. This App which in his words was “useless” and didn’t have the What3Words positioning data although Yodel asked for it on their website - unbelievable! Throughout this shambolic experience, when contacted TAYNA did not intercede with the carrier, refused to give me a refund for the premium paid and the only offer made was to cancel the order. (really useful!) TAYNA's customer service in choosing a recognised extremely poor carrier together with their response to their customer's complaints is indefensible. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong with the battery because I think I know what their response will be. Oh and by the way don’t contact Amazon they are not interested because this product is supplied by a third party, for which, apparently they are not responsible. OVERALL DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY BUT IF YOU DO, ENSURE THEY USE A RELIABLE CARRIER

Entgegen der Beschreibung von Amazon, paßt diese Stärke und Größe in ein T4 (Bj. 1999/ 2,5 TDI)! Habe die Batterie nun seit Anfang Dez. '23 in beschriebenen Fahrzeug und auch nach zwei Wochen Standzeit im Freien bei Dauerfrost bis minus 9°C springt der Wagen sehr entspannt /sofort, kraftvoll an. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich leider noch keine Aussage treffen. Versandt wurde sehr schnell, sodass die Ware vor dem genannten Termin eintreffen konnte. Verpackung bei Ankunft etwas beschädigt, ist aber vermutlich der manchmal etwas sorgenfreiem Umgang bei den Transportunternehmen geschuldet. Absolute Kaufempfehlung, gerne wieder, bin sehr zufrieden. Danke an alle Beteiligten.

Ich habe mir diese Autobatterie als Ersatz für eine unsere (leider bereits nach 4 Jahren defekte) Original VW-Autobatterie mit 85 Ah in einen Volkswagen T4 Multivan eingebaut. Von den äußeren Abmessungen her, ist es die größte Batterie, die noch verbaut werden kann. Diese Größe hat allerdings auch ihren "Preis" - um die knapp 24 Kilogramm schwere Batterie an ihren Bestimmungsort hochwuchten zu können, muss man schon einen anständigen Powerriegel gefrühstückt, oder besser noch eine zweite Person griffbereit haben, die einem dabei hilft. Soweit ich die Autobatterie zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt - nach zwei Wochen Einsatz - beurteilen kann, ist alles in Ordnung. Das Auto startet ganz normal, wie es sein soll. Eine deutliche Verbesserung und schnelleres Anspringen, wie in anderen Rezensionen teilweise beschrieben, kann ich zwar nicht bestätigen. Dennoch bin ich rundum mit der gelieferten Ware zufrieden. Jetzt muss sich die Batterie nur noch im Langzeittest bewähren - was ich ggf. an dieser Stelle nachtragen werde. Der Verkäufer "autobatterienbilliger" versendet mit dem Transportunternehmen trans-o-flex, die Bestellung war bereits innerhalb 48 Stunden bei mir! Ebenfalls positiv überrascht war ich vom bezahlten Preis: bei knapp 90,- Euro (versandkostenfrei) kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Dafür wird im örtlichen Handel auch gerne mal das Doppelte aufgerufen. Einziger Wermutstropfen bleibt, dass kein Batterie-Polfett mitgeliefert wird! Das sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, um Oxidation durch Umwelteinflüssen vorzubeugen!
